Our sandwich loaf is just that fancy, as in organic sourdough with a little whole wheat for elegance.

Fermented overnight and savage at over a foot long and weighing in at over 2 pounds!

This is for the sandwich lovers in all of us. Just as good for PB&J as for a fancy grilled cheese with apples and gruyere and everything in between.

Soughdough round

Our round is our classic long-fermented sourdough with some whole wheat. A rustic staple at any table. Good for any occasion where bread will enhance the meal.

Great with pasta or soup as grilled cheese as well as with cheese & charcuterie.

Also great as a meal itself topped with your favorite topping or spread. Mushroom conserva, avocado toast, shrimp toast the possibilities are endless.

cherry walnut

Our Cherry Walnut is a fan favorite. Made with toasted walnuts and cherries soaked in red wine.

This loaf is sweet and savory great for the holiday table and a great accompaniment to almost any meal.

Especially good with cheese & charcuterie and for breakfast toast with jam.

focaccia

Our focaccia has quickly become our most popular bread. This bread goes well with any meal.

Topping flavors change weekly but some of our fan favorites are chorizo & cheddar and Roasted Garlic & Mozzarella.

Fermented overnight with a little whole wheat makes for amazing depth of flavor.

cinnamon rolls

These are the latest addition to the sourdough lineup. Introduced for the 2023 Thanksgiving holiday, they were an instant hit.

Filled with cinnamon and warm baking spices, and topped with a cream cheese glaze, these are the perfect way to start any morning.

pretzels

Spending eight years in Germany inspired Chef JD to learn to make traditional Bavarian soft pretzels.

Each one is dipped in lye and baked to perfection, resulting in that divine chewy texture you crave.

They’re delicious on their own or dipped in honey mustard or beer cheese sauces. 

Our Sourdough Bread Story.

Chef JD started baking sourdough bread during the pandemic and never stopped.

We love making bread so much that during the pandemic, we donated over 700 Sandwich loaves to the St. Helena food bank.

Like the yeast that feeds the starter, it has a life of its own.
